Grazie al servizio clienti Expedia ho dovuto dormire in auto dopo aver pagato 140$ Bagni sporchi e inutilizzabili Ho richiesto la pulizia della tenda e mi hanno risposto di farmela da sola. Expedia non può vendere strutture del genere e la ritengo responsabile ”

“Camere datate e spartane, pulizia insufficiente con molta polvere accumulata presente anche sulla macchinetta del caffè. Apprezzata piscina e vasca idromassaggio all'aperto da frequentare dopo le 17:00 per l'affollamento bambini piccoli del posto. ”

“La zona esterna delle cabine è lasciata piuttosto mal curata con erba alta e risulta poco accogliente. All'interno alcune ragnatele agli angoli del tetto anche nel bagno ed un tappeto vecchio e mal ridotto. Non c'è climatizzatore (elemento segnalato dalla direzione), all'interno invece si trova un sistema di riscaldamento a ventola che emana a però un odore poco gradevole ed un ventilatore. La. Lobby dell'hotel è gradevole così come la zona bar ed il ristorante. Ampio parcheggio”

“I booked this in January for a September trip. I had to cancel my trip 2 months prior due to a surgery with a 2-3 month recovery and no way I could hike as planned. I contacted Expedia many times, I contacted the Lodge many times, they refused to let me change it to a later date. I was charged $1200 and couldn’t go and they gave 0 help, empathy, or compassion to my situation. For a place that fills up and as popular as it is, I’m certain they could’ve filled my room. “Ci ritornerei sicuramente”

“We stayed for 4 nights in a king bed room in the courtyard. So much fun at the hotel. Room was very clean and fresh towels and trash was changed everyday. Definitely recommend this hotel. I wasn’t too crazy about Billy’s though. The coffee in the lobby was good. We enjoyed the saloon and courtyard.”

“Great location at the north end of Teton Valley, beautiful scenery.. Cleaning requires attention, rustic and rough accommodations, mediocre food at the adjacent restaurant.”

“Ned very comfortable! Close to everything. Perfect location to YellowstonePark(Roosevelt entrance), 15 minutes to Yellowstone Hot springs, great to relax after a long day. Bathroom very small, property showing its age. Front desk staff so nice and helpful. Nice are to sit outside by the fire”

“Posizione perfetta per chi, dopo aver visitato lo Yellowstone park, vuole vedere anche il teton park. Sono dei lodge molto spaziosi ma un pochino datati. In ogni caso più che sufficiente per una notte. All’interno si trova un ristorante e un bar. Comodissima la stazione di benzina adiacente. Per noi che proseguivamo verso jackson, è risultato comodissimo.”

“We loved the Wyoming Inn. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was large and the shower was large. The Inn has a great Spa hot tub room which is nice to relax in after a lot of hiking. The restaurant and bar was nice too. There was great lobby with coffee always available. We also like the little bonuses like cookies being available and complimentary ice cream. The location was great. Gun Barrel was within walking distance and the city of Jackson Hole was just a short drive as was Grand Teton...
